As a business owner, you can use business tools like Meta Business Suite to manage your business across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
You will need to log into Meta using your personal Facebook or Instagram account.
If you are new to Facebook and Instagram, you will need to create a new account.

This is where you can centrally manage your business pages, run ads, schedule posts, reply to messages and much more.
Creating a Facebook Business Page
You will need to use your personal Facebook account to create the page; however, rest assured that the information from your personal account will not be visible on any business pages you create.
Begin your journey by clicking on the button below to create your first page.
Facebook gives you the opportunity to preview both desktop and mobile views (far right).
The top navigation bar brings you to your personal account's home, videos, marketplace, and groups.
Provide a name for your page and add a category and click on "Create Page" to begin your journey!

Finding your Facebook Business Page
Any pages you create or manage will appear in the menu under Pages. It will also allow you to navigate to Meta Business Suite.

Creating an Instagram Business Page
As with Facebook, you will need to create your Instagram Business page using your personal Facebook or Instagram account.

Once signed in, go to your profile and choose "Edit Profile."
Now, you will need to switch to a professional account. The navigation may be slightly different depending on if you are accessing Instagram via desktop or mobile.
You should see Switch to professional account.

Select "Business"

Go through the navigation screens choosing next and filling out all required information like category and business contact information.
Save your professional account.
Lastly, connect to your Facebook Business page for better integration.
You can then switch between the professional and personal accounts on Instagram using either their mobile app or desktop application.
